Career Coaching for staff at the Isle of Wight NHS Trust.
Career coaching is for Isle of Wight NHS Trust staff looking to make an informed decision about the pathway in which they wish to continue with their career, but can also be used to support with things such as application and interview skills.
Career coaching is designed to provide the approach and mindset to make informed, professional decisions, allowing individuals to take ownership of their careers.
This is bookable through ESR, when you log in to ESR, on the left-hand side, there is a column that says My Pages, under this there is a section that says My Learning, click on this.
At the top of the page, there is a bar that says search, then a drop-down next to it which says courses in it, then along from that is an empty box, if you enter “career coaching” in there it will take you to the booking page.
